This program was created to initiate and prepare your body for fundamental movements that will be integral to your journey to master your fitness. The initial week is designed to be accessible, gradually increasing in intensity, rep range, and sets as you progress through subsequent weeks. Unlike some beginner programs that may introduce seemingly basic exercises that feel daunting, our program genuinely takes you back to basics. Upon completing the introductory 5-week program you will establish a solid foundation to build your fitness. We recognize that everyone starts somewhere and appreciate your choice to commence your fitness journey with us. Each daily session will take less than 15 minutes initially, and by the end, the idea is that you will see how an investment of 15 minutes can improve your life. Our goal is to ease you into a routine while fostering a desire to invest more time as you grow and master your fitness. We understand that this program may seem too basic for some individuals, if that is the case, try the ExB2 program! However, for others, this is precisely the right starting point, and that's perfectly okay. Let's begin the journey together!
